The choice in quote for this week couldn’t be simpler yet more complex, profound and engaging. You see, strength always comes from the foundation. However, it’s the foundational things that are always the most difficult to get in order. But once they are in place – watch out, because the rest tends to happen as a result of the natural momentum created by them.  

That is why, in the spirit of simplicity that this week’s quote imparts, I want to encourage you to take the time to look at your own foundation – look inside – and make sure that you firmly believe that you can succeed – because you can! It is up to you and not the world or circumstances – it is in your power. 
 
Go this week and reconnect with your belief in yourself. This is your homework and your mission this week. Only by doing this can we continue to move forward with the strength necessary to ensure we don’t fail in our aim as we reach our goals!
