Jaime Yordán-Frau’s experience has turned him into an expert in maximizing individual and team performance. He is a professional speaker, business development coach and consultant with over 25 years of professional experience, and has the education, skills and real-world experience that truly helps companies improve their performance.
Jaime was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish and English. He holds a Masters Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. During the late part of the 20th century and the first decade of the 21st century, Jaime worked for GlaxoSmithkline Pharmaceuticals as a District Sales Manager, Sales Training Manager and field advisor/liaison to the president of the US Operations. Most recently, Jaime also worked for the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) as business development director for emerging industrial segments.
Jaime's beliefs around the importance of regional economic development as a means to generate better economic possibilities for his clients, moved him to create a non-profit organization known as El Nodo, Ponce dedicated to the development of entrepreneurship projects in the most relegated southern region of Puerto RIco.
